To qualify for the Earlybird membership form and payment MUST be received by 12MN 31.3.25 or full rate applies.
A completed form and payment must be received before access to the booking system is given. Family membership only applies if there are 3 people applying and one is a full adult.

| 15% discount. Must be 1 full paying adult and 2 or more children. Minimum of 3 people so could be 2 adults and 1 or more children. Please complete separate forms for each person and then email secretary@shltc.info for cost. |
On joining, all full adult members will receive a shoe tag, letter and a key to the clubhouse enabling them access to operate the floodlights. The lights cost £8 per hour. All other categories of membership will receive a shoe tag and letter. The tag must always be brought with you when playing at the club to prove membership. The letter gives you all the details you might need on joining the club. Members may bring and pay for visitors through bookings £5 but can only bring the same person 3 times and then they must join. No one can play in the teams until they have joined the club. Membership is non-refundable.
