AGM FOR CLUB TONIGHT
We hope to see as many members there as possible tonight. Its always good to get our Members thoughts & ideas and show members how he club is run.
NEW CLUB KIT – HAVE YOU ORDERED YOURS YET?

Last week members were emailed details of the Sweatshirts/Hoodies we are ordering for those who wish one. There are two colours to choose from Stone Blue or Navy. There are 3 designs for adults and 1 for juniors. Shooters Hill LTC will be printed on the back, the club logo will be embroidered on the left front (example above, but will be different colour writing to show on the blue/navy sweatshirts) and your initials will be printed on the right. You have until Wednesday 12th November to place your order and pay. Then the order with the supplier will be placed.
CLUB DEFIBRILLATOR
At present the defibrillator for the club is away being repaired. There is however a defibrillator outside the golf club if needed.
FUTURE DATES FOR YOUR DIARY
Saturday 20th December – 10.30 – Father Christmas will visit the Tennis Club. You mustn’t miss this magical event.
Saturday 28th February 2026 – Club’s annual presentation at the Golf club for Juniors and Adults.
WINTER TEAM RESULTS
Back to it this week after a slightly quieter half term. Good Luck to all our Teams.
North Kent
Mid Week Vets 1 lost to a very strong Blackheath 1 side Away on Saturday. The team playing were Maria Perfect, Jan Are Mo, Ashling Carroll & Tony Millard.
Mid Week Vets 2 beat Bromley LTC 1, 8-0. We are are top of the league currently after 3 matches. The team playing were Libby & Neal Tuson, Tracy Davy & Aaron Ruby.
Mixed 1 lost to a strong Sundridge Park 3-1. Team were Mylan Roberts, Lauren Esler, Sam Morgan and Olivia Flynn
Men’s 5 drew 2-2 against Kemsing 4 Away on Saturday. The players were Aaron Ruby, Dave Robertson, Martin Roberts & Rob Thomas
Mixed 2 beat Hartley at Home by 4-0. Big shout out to Simon for making his debut for the team. The players on Sunday were Ros McKeown, James McKeown, Libby Tuson and Simon Rowe
Men’s 2 defeated Catford Wanderers 1 at Home by 4-0. Team playing were Jan Are Mo, Alex Todd, Jason Barkworth and Abel Coolen. Special thanks to Jason and Abel who stepped in last minute and Jan for being acting Captain.
Kent
Mixed 1 won away against Dartford David Lloyd. Winning 4-0. Thus consolidating our first position with two wins so far this season. It was a tough contest, with 2 championship tie breaks as well as an ordinary tie break thrown in for good measure! The team playing were Mark Plonka, Charmaine Ooi, Lee Cao and Lauren Esler.
LTA Youth
U14 Boys lost 2-1 to Bexleyheath Away. Team were Tom Clements and Leo Vajega
U10 Boys lost 0-3 to Twistfizz Away. Team were Arlen Jennngs and Dante Quintaville
