EARLYBIRD MEMBERSHIP for 2026-27 Starts Next Week
Starts next Monday 16th March. This give adults a £10 reduction and juniors a £5 reduction if you join before 1.4.26. Team members don’t forget to ensure your fees are paid up ahead of any matches in April. This year the website will now take payment via stripe at the time you fill your application form in, however, as usual Caroline and Frances will be dealing with a large volume of memberships at this time, so please bear with us.
TEAM OPEN EVENING – 24th March
On Tuesday 24th March there will be a Team Open Evening from 7-9pm. This session is for members who would like to be considered for a place in a team in the next season. The session will be run by Tom and will be doubles play only, those attending will mix in with the team captain’s. An invite to register will has been sent out to members.
KENT LADIES 1
Congratulations to our Kent Ladies 1 Team who have made it through to the Division Play off Final on Saturday 14th March. Due to Margate Tennis Club being unable to host, this will now be a home match. The match will start at the earlier time of 10.30am on Courts 5 & 6. We wish Libby, Caroline, Tracy and Ruthie lots of luck and good tennis weather. Please do go along and support them if you can, they would really appreciate a cheer squad from the decking. Gooooooo Shooters.
KENT LADIES OVER 35’S
Well done Maria Perfect who played in the Kent O35’s semi final last week in 6-3, 7-5. The finals will be played at Bromely Tennis Centre on the 29th March. Good Luck for the finals Maria.
LED LIGHTS ON COURTS 3-6 – April we hope
We have now been advised that April has been scheduled for new LED lights on 3rd-6th, subject to final signing off by Greenwich’s planning department.

WINTER TEAM RESULTS
KENT
Mixed 2 won against Herne Bay 2 Away, it was 2-2 on Rubbers, but we had 5-4 on sets. This win sees our team win the league, wonderful result, well done team. Those playing were Jan Are Mo & Oksana Boklag and Rob Thomas & Charmaine Ooi. Thank you for the picture too.
