MAY HALF TERM JUNIOR HOLIDAY CAMP

Its almost May Half Term, Tom will be running a camp from Wednesday 29th – Friday 31st May, 9am – 3pm each day. You can pay for one or all three days. Holiday Camps are open to all not just members, so do bring family or friends to join in the fun. You can book a place by using the link below.

WALKING TENNIS‍

Want to play tennis still but at a slower pace, recovering from injury or are you a complete beginner wanting a bit more time and practice in a supportive setting? Come and try Walking Tennis with us and bring a friend. It’s a slower game, where the ball can bounce twice, there is no jumping or running and you play with modified equipment. Our NEW SESSION STARTS ON TUESDAY 21st MAY 12noon till 13.00 and weekly thereafter. £3 for members and £5 for non members. SUMMER TEAM NEWS & RESULTS

North Kent

Over 60’s Men vs David Lloyd Sidcup Away last week, was quite a match. They were down after the first two rubbers, but made a sterling comeback to win 2.5 to 1.5. Well done team. Those playing were Greg Gadd & Jon Beaumont and Hessam Khoshnevisan & Rob Thomas.

Mid Week Vets 1 beat Blackheath 1 at Home last week. the team playing were Ashling Carroll, Tony Millard, Di Roberts & Dave Robertson.

Kent

Ladies 1 beat Bearstead & Thurnham 3 Away 3-1 at the weekend in glorious sunshine. The team playing were Libby Tuson, Caroline Maponda, Alberta Bosco & Alissa Harger. Thanks for the lovely sunny & bright photo ladies, although spot the missing person!

National League

U12 Boys lost 3-0 to Sydenham Away. The pair playing were Leo  & Sam.

U10 Mixed lost 3-0 to Ladywell Fields at Home. The pair playing were Arlen & Iancu.

Ladies lost to Blackheath 1 at Home on Sunday. The team playing were Natalie Ali, Ros McKeown, Karen Attard & Oksana Boklag.

Mens A beat David Lloyd Kings Hill at Home 8-4 in a thrilling match which went right down to the wire. This was thanks to a 12-10 3rd set tiebreak win by Devanshu and Rob. They finally finished at 6.30pm. The valiant team playing were Rich Fay, Rob Ratcliffe, Greg Lucas , Devanshu Jain & Victor Petkov

Mens B lost 4-8 to Sydenham Away at the weekend, in a hard fought match. The team playing were Mark Plonka, Tim Morgan, Max Saunders & Jan Are Mo.
