On Sunday Jim Putman ran a junior competition for the group of juniors who have been attending every Sunday afternoon for the last term. It was a great day and lovely to see so many juniors taking part. The parents all provided a great spread of food which was enjoyed by everyone. Special thanks to Jim for arranging and to all the parents for sorting out the food and leaving the club spotless afterwards. Hope you like the pictures.

Winners on the day: Sam Cooray (RU) and Theodora Healey (W)

On Tuesday 20th June we hosted the Kent Ladies Over 40’s county training / trial session at the club. The ladies travelled from all over Kent to play, all looking for a place in the Kent team. I am pleased to say that Maria Perfect has been training with this team since October last year and as a result of her performance at the trial she has been selected into the squad and will be playing in their first match against Essex on the 16th July. Well done Maria that is a fantastic achievement and good luck in that match.
