SEPTEMBER AMERICAN TOURNAMENT will be THE QUEENS MEMORIAL CUP

To be held on Sunday 25th September 2022 from 14.30 – 16.30. The link to book is in the email being sent out today.

NORTH KENT PRESENTATION DINNER – FRIDAY 21ST OCTOBER

At The Boat House, Danson Park. Tickets are £20 per head for a Buffet Dinner followed by the presentation & disco. If you would like a ticket please email Jo Thomas on f.Jo.thomas@me.com to book & pay for your ticket. Deadline for booking is Wednesday 5th October.

WINTER SEASON FOR KENT & NORTH KENT

Starts on Saturday 24th September, wishing all our teams Good Luck for the season.

BOX LEAGUES

Box league was sent last week, don’t forget Entries will be accepted up until midnight on the 1st OCTOBER. Matches will then commence from 8th October and last until 26th March 2023.

PRO RATA MEMBERSHIP is now available – 1st SEPTEMBER 2022 to 31st March 2023

Further details are on the membership page of our Website.  Please remember you must be a member to access the courses and coaching programmes. We are processing a lot of memberships ahead of the courses starting this week. Costs are as follows;

Adult – £130

Senior Citizen/Student/Intermediate/Mid-Week – £100

Junior 11-18 Years – £65

Junior U10 – £55

Junior U5 – £25

SEPTEMBER JUNIOR/ADULT COURSES

There are still spaces on some courses, so don’t forget to book in advance to avoid disappointment. All courses can be seen on the coaching page of the website,  there are drop down boxes for adults and juniors. MEMBERSHIPS:  Please remember, Juniors and Adults attending the coaching programme MUST be members. This is for insurance and safeguarding purposes. Remember membership is through our club website and NOT Club Spark. The username and password are NOTHING TO DO WITH CLUB SPARK OR THE LTA! If you have forgotten your username please email secretary@shltc.info There is a step by step guide to filling in your membership below.

ITF WORLD TENNIS NUMBER

A sign has been placed on the entrance to Courts 1 and 2 and 3 and 4 for members to record any matches played ( but not box league and league matches). Please follow the instructions on the sign to record your matches towards your ITF world tennis number. See below

SOCIAL PLAY

All adult members will be sent links to social play, it is the same each week. If you need to cancel, please see below as you now can cancel yourself.  It is essential that if you book you turn up on time as these sessions are extremely popular amongst the members. Only members can book social.
