SUMMER HOLIDAY CAMPS

Final week of Summer Camp, where has the time gone, but still time to book. Please don’t forget to pack sunhats, sun lotion and a refillable drinks bottle. There are day sessions for 7-14 years from 9am to 3pm Monday to Thursday as well as mini red sessions every Friday for 4-7rs, 9am to 12MD. Don’t forget these school holiday courses are open to friends and family as well as members.

JUNIOR LOST PROPERTY

Inevitably during junior camps we are collecting quite a pile of drinks bottles, caps & children’s clothes. Please do have a look through and see if any of it belongs to you. Anything not claimed by the end of the summer we will be donating to charity.

PRO RATA MEMBERSHIP – Juniors & Adults

For all those non member Juniors that have enjoyed the summer camps. Please don’t forget that if you want to book onto term time lessons starting in September, you must join the club and become a member. The Pro Rata, reduced Membership will start from 1st September 2026 – 31st March 2027. Of course the pro rata rate also applies for any adults who might also wish to join.

Kent Men’s Doubles Division 8 Final 

Congratulations to Jason Barkworth and his squad of players for an unbeaten summer season of tennis in the division. They will now play Hildenborough in the final on Saturday 5th September at 10.30am at Hildenborough Tennis Club. Good luck to the team.

SAVE THE DATE – SUMMER FETE & OPEN DAY

Sunday 13th September is our annual Summer Fete and Open Day. It will be FREE to attend. All sorts of activities are being planned from pickle ball to junior and adult tennis activities. There will be food /drinks to purchase and of course a raffle. We are still looking for volunteers & donations to help out, even if its just for an hour or two on the day:

  • Setting up & clearing up
  • Making the tea’s & snacks
  • Cake donations – can you bake?
  • Good quality second hand toys/books to use as prizes
  • Raffle prizes
