Please remember that the internal mixed doubles competition (main and plate), members only is on Sunday 30th May 9-4pm. The link for entering has gone out to members to book and pay on Clubspark. The cost is £6 per person. Closing date is at the end of play this Monday 24th May. Any problems email secretary@shltc.info. Anyone who has entered will be informed of format and timings during week. You must keep whole day free. An LTA referee will be running the day.

NK  League

Men’s midweek over 60 lost to Sundridge Park Team were Rob T, Martin Roberts, Mark Davy and Paul Rayner

MW Vets 2 lost to Bexley 3  Team were Sandra Woodcock, Libby Tuson, Damy Adejinle and Ron Cooper

Mixed 1 drew with Bexley 1 Team were Gregoire Lucas, Mark Sisson, Max Saunders, Karen Attard, Diana Roberts and Ros McKeown

Men’s 2 beat Bromley LTC 2 Team were Ricardo Pinheiro, Francesco Donadio, Abhisek Paul, Tony Millard, Fabien Gioe and Jan Mo

Ladies 2 beat Sundridge Park 2 Team were Marion Tourral-Hopkins, Gail Youd, Ruthie Frost and Tracy Davy

KENT League

Men’s 3 lost to Chipstead Place 3 Team were Ron Cooper, Dave Robertson, Stephen Collins and Aaron Ruby

Men’s A beat Bexley B  Team were Richard Fay, Dave McGonigle, Gregoire Lucas , Luke House and Max Saunders.

Men’s B lost to Sidcup Rec 1 Team were Avi Ben Margi, Mark Plonka, Ricardo Pinheiro and Amit Dave

The clubhouse will remain closed until further notice except for access to the toilet and to put money in the lights. We are looking forward to re-opening the clubhouse at a later date with COVID secure restrictions, but for the moment it will remain as it was in Step 2 of the Government Roadmap restrictions. Regarding refreshments following matches, captains will discuss with their teams

Spectating is now permitted and the limit is subject to COVID -19 secure capacity of our venue. We ask that members / parents adhere to the Government social distancing rules and the rule of 30 outside.

To be able to access the booking system, social play and the coaching programme from 1.4.21 you must be a member for season 2021-22. Membership is done online through the club website www.shooterhilllawntennisclub.co.uk. Members may bring visitors which they book and pay for through booking. You can only bring the same guest 3 times and then they must join. Membership is NOT done through Clubspark. Please email me if you are having problems. secretary@shltc.info

The guidance from the LTA/Government, coaching/tennis grid is on the Home page of the website showing what can and cannot happen at the club. Signs are up at the club and we MUST follow these to ensure we can continue playing tennis.

We must still maintain social distancing, no socialising, and no spectators apart from one parent/guardian with each child. The club house remains closed but can be used for lights and toilets (one in one out)
