ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
The AGM is 10 days away, on the 27th November at 8pm at the Club. Please do attend if you can, an email invite has been sent out, we look forward to seeing you there.
NEW FLOOD LIGHTS – COURTS 1 AND 2
The Lighting Company are coming from the 2nd – 4th December (Inclusive) to install the new style, more economical and environmentally friendly floodlights. Therefore courts 1 and 2 will be out of action for those days whilst the work is carried out. We are really looking forward to having these installed.
SSSHHHHH……..FATHER CHRISTMAS CONFIRMS VISIT
Sssshhhhh, members only, Father Christmas has consulted his very busy diary and confirms he will be visiting on the morning of Saturday 14th December, around 10.15 ish, depending on flying conditions & weather!! Members will get further information in an email., so please ensure you read before the day if you intend on coming.

NORTH KENT
Ladies 2 won 3-1 against Meopham 1 at Home. The team playing were Ros McKeown, Oksana Boklag, Charmaine Ooi & Lauren Esler.
Mixed 1 lost to Bexley 2 Away on Sunday. The team playing were Tom Warburton, Tim Morgan, Maria Perfect & Karen Attard.
Men’s 4 won against Oakwood Away on Sunday, it came down to a win on rubbers 3-1. The team playing were Perry Rich, Abel Coolen, Tony Millard & Fred Moreau
KENT
Men’s Vets lost on sets to Margate Away on Saturday. The team playing were Mark Plonka, Francesco Donadio, Perry Rich & James McKeown.
JUNIORS
U16 Boys lost to Bromley Sports Club 0-3 Away. Team were Max Powell and Jai Booroah
U12 Boys lost to Old Wilsonians LTC Away 0-3 Team were Scott Morris and Ben Tremayne
U10 Boys lost to Old Wilsonians LTC 0-3 Team were Amara Fasina and Zam Zam Uzonwa
WALKING TENNIS SESSIONS
Want to play tennis still but at a slower pace, recovering from injury or are you a complete beginner wanting a bit more time and practice in a supportive setting? Come and try Walking Tennis with us and bring a friend. It’s a slower game, where the ball can bounce twice, there is no jumping or running and you play with modified equipment. Sessions are restarting on Tuesday 12th November at 12noon till 13.00. £3 for members and £5 for non members. Go to Tom’s page on Clubspark to book a place: Next session is Tuesday 12th November.
