SUMMER HOLIDAY CAMPS
NK CUP FINALS
Wow, it’s a final’s festival for Shooters, well done everyone. The finals were held at Park Langley yesterday.
Women’s Singles – Romane Pepion beat Bromley Wendover to take the win.
Ladies Vets Doubles – Maria Perfect and Ashling Carroll took the win over Blackheath.
Ladies Doubles – Ros McKeown and Lauren Esler lost to Bexley after a tight match.
U14 Girls – Anna Putman lost to Sundridge Park. However we haven’t had a junior in the finals in over a decade, so this was an enormous achievement.
SMALL BINS ON COURT
Please remember the small bins on court, are for the ring pulls from cans of tennis balls and other such items. Plastic drinks bottles and cups are too large and just end up blowing all over the court. Please help us keep the courts tidy by taking larger rubbish items inside the club house and put them in the larger bins provided. Thank you.
TUBES OF TENNIS BALLS ON THE BAR
Recently the bar as become a bit of a dumping ground for used tins of tennis balls and tennis balls. If they are no longer useable, please put them into the silver recycling bin near the ladies changing room. Thank you for helping to keep the club tidy.
DATES FOR YOUR DIARY
Sunday 13th September – Tennis Club Fete & Open Day
Friday 13th November – Quiz Night
