NORTH KENT
Ladies 2 beat Sundridge Park 3 at Home, with a win of 6-0, with one rubber unfinished. This means we have had 8 wins from 8 matches. We head to Division A next year. This also means we have two ladies teams in the top division, which is an amazing achievement for all our ladies. Team playing were Charmaine Ooi, Di Roberts, Romane Pepion and Ruthie Frost, but a shout out to the rest of the squad, Lauren Elser and Oksana Boklag. Thanks for the photo ladies.
Mid Week Vets 2 lost to Blackheath Away, 5-3. Quite a battle on the day. The team playing were Aaron Ruby, Richard Kershaw, Ruthie Frost & Libby Tuson.
Over 60’s Men won 6-2 to Hayes 1 at Home. A huge thank you to Hessam Koshnevisan who stepped in at the 11th hour. We are now 4 points clear, and although Hayes have one more game, this win means we are top of the league. The team playing were Chris Clegg, Richard Kershaw, Rob Thomas and of course Hessam. Thanks for the photo gents.
Ladies 1 last match of the season was a loss against Bexley 1 at Home. Team playing were Maria Perfect, Kate Hands, Lauren Esler and Charmaine Ooi.
Men’s 1 lost to Bexley. It was a great sunny evening of tennis. Team playing were Tom, Richard, Jason Barkworth, Lee Cao and Francesco Donadio. Thanks for the photo.
Men’s 1 had a draw against Blackheath at Home. The team playing were Tim Morgan, Marcel Sclifos, Jan Are Mo, Jason Barkworth, Francesco Donadio and Jiggs Sahota.
