AMERICAN TOURNAMENT SUNDAY 2nd FEBRUARY

There will be an American Tournament this coming Sunday the 2nd February 2.30 to 4.30pm. Members have been sent a link to book. Do keep an eye on the weather though, its been so unpredictable recently.

JUNIOR CLUB PRESENTATION ON 22ND FEBRUARY 2025

Our Junior Presentation evening is held from 6pm – 6.45pm on the same day as the adults. The whole family is welcome to come along.  Those receiving an award were e-mailed last week. Please do click the link on the e-mail to let us know that you are attending. We are looking forward to seeing you there.

CLUB PRESENTATION on 22nd FEBRUARY 2025

Don’t forget to book your place, please do check your emails if you intend to come along. The link to book was sent out the last week.  Those receiving an award have also been e-mailed separately too. You will need to book your places, select your menu choices and of course pay! When selecting your menu choices for each person, at the bottom in the box marked ‘OTHER’ please put the persons name to ensure we have the correct menu choices.

TEAM RESULTS

Goodness the weather has been crazy recently, some tennis was postponed this week, then other teams started in sunshine and finished in torrential rain! Take care out there and do wrap up warm and waterproof, just like these supporters did!

NORTH KENT

Men’s 3 vs Bromley LTC 1 – Postponed due to weather.

Men’s 5 beat  Old Wilsonians 2 Away, 0-6, got rained off in the 2nd set of the 4th rubber. The team braving the weather was Aaron Ruby, Neal Tuson, Rob Thomas and James McKeown. Thanks for the photo guys.

Ladies 2 beat Sydneham 1 at Home 3-1 on Sunday. The started in sunshine, but finished in torrential rain. Lots of support watching even though they were getting soaked. The courageous if not very cold and wet team playing were Marion Tourall – Hopkins, Charmaine Ooi, Ruthie Frost and Tracy Davy. This win also means the team win the league and therefore go up to Division One, so huge congratulations to them, we are so proud of you all. Thanks for the photo too.

KENT

Men’s 1  took the win on games after a 2-2 draw on rubbers away against Canterbury 1 on Saturday. The team playing were Rich Fay, Mylan Roberts, Fin Renwick and Tom Warburton.

Men’s 2 were victorious winning 4 rubbers to nil against Knoll. The victorious team were Jan Are Mo, Alex Todd, Sam Morgan and Francesco Donadio.
